All sessions purchased are only for use at the HYPOXI Mackay studio.
Session purchases are not subject to a refund.

Product purchases may be returned or refunded within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been opened or used and is in the same condition as purchased.

Sessions may be transferrable to another person upon approval from studio manager.

If you are unable to complete HYPOXI due to sickness or incapacity, we require a medical certificate certifying the above. We may receive a refund for any sessions that you have not completed however there will be a $75 administration charge and you will be required to pay for the sessions used to date at the rate of $69 per session.

Any sessions purchase will require you to book in for your sessions at the studio. You can do this by calling 07 4953 0940, emailing info@hypoximackay.com or PM via facebook.

We will also contact you within 3 business days from purchase to book in your sessions.
